For this, be introverted and churn every point, so that the butter (essence) can be extracted and you can become powerful. Such powerful souls experience supersensuous joy. They are not attracted by anything temporary. The powerful stage of spirituality that is created by their stage of being merged in love is able to finish all force of obstacles.
