Answer:
1) If your character is not good and you do not remember the Father, you cannot have any enthusiasm to do service. You continue to perform one wrong action or another and are therefore unable to do service. 2) The Father's first direction is: When you die, the world is dead for you. You don't put this direction into practice. It is because your intellect is trapped in bodies and bodily relatives that you are unable to do service.

Every action of those who sacrifice all awareness of their bodies becomes a mirror. When something is sacrificed by you, that thing is then no longer considered to be yours. When you sacrifice all awareness of your body, all feeling of “mine” is finished and so all attachment to it also then finishes. This is called total surrender. Those who surrender themselves in this way remain constantly yogyukt and free from bondage. Every thought and action of theirs are yuktiyukt.

Constantly consider yourself to be a bestower, that is, a great donor. Only after becoming a great, gyani soul can you carry out the task of a great donor. For this, let there be such a sparkle in your form that no one remains deprived of claiming their inheritance. Consider yourself to be a bestower, a child of the Bestower. One who bestows has that sparkle and intoxication. Now, let those sanskars emerge.
